CDA377 (C37700) Forging brass is ideally suited to hot forging applications and possesses a good machinability rating.
Its forging rating of 100 is standard against which all other copper alloys are rated. It may be easily hot forged, pressed, hot
headed and upset. CDA377 (C37700) forging brass is used for decorative door handles, valve bodies for all gas applications, golf
putters, fuse bodies and covers amonst others.
